BOOST YOUR TURBINES POWER OUTPUT
AERODYNAMIC FLOW DEFLECTORS (AFD)
XTT's patented aerodynamic flow deflectors are incorporated into current wind turbines and new blade designs to improve the wind turbine performance. This new technology is the outcome of 7 years of R&D funded by Rutgers University and merit based grants from the National Science Foundation SBIR Phases I and II
WIND FARM AEP INCREASE BY 2-4%
Increase your wind farm annual energy production (AEP) by 2-4% while reducing the cost of energy (COE). Get an extra energy output for a small retrofit investment!
Official NREL IEC 61400-12-1 power performance report available. Ask us to estimate the benefit for your own wind farm
CUSTOM DESIGN FOR ANY TURBINE MODEL
XTT offers customized deflector kits to retrofit any existing turbine blade in the market. Proven technology in 6 different wind turbine models and sizes, including our most recent field tests on a GE 1.5MW SLE wind turbine at NREL's National Wind Technology Center
